Cleaners are paid weekly. All completed shifts from Monday to Sunday are processed, and payments are sent out every Friday via direct deposit or your preferred payment method.

What's the platform fee?

Our platform fee is 25% per shift, which covers scheduling automation, customer support, and access to our vetted cleaner network. This fee is already included in the shift pricing you see — no hidden costs.

Yes. Servana is built for flexibility. You can pick up shifts based on your availability — mornings, evenings, weekends — and work as much or as little as you like. There’s no minimum hour requirement.
